Etna Dry & Casket

Volcano Gin comes from a springtime sunset stroll through Nord Etna lava path. We deeply felt the desire to bottle up astonishing perfumes and aromas from the Volcano. Juniper, Gin’s botanical of choice, finds its ideal habitat on Etna; as does broom, absolute princess with its dazzling color and scent. In the infusion we add hazelnut for added roundness, wild fennel that lends pride to the spicy notes, and bitter orange for fresh, expressive acidity. Volcano is a Gin with elegant features and an aromatic and spicy character.
